I just recently used your company's 30-person limo bus for my sister's bachelorette party on 1-10-2009. There was a big snow storm that could have got in the way of months of planning. I just wanted to send you something because not only was Pete the best limo driver I have ever experienced, all 24 girls could not stop complimenting me and asking for business cards. From the very beginning when I was first referred to your company and spoke with Lisa, it has been nothing but kindness. In a day where good customer service is hard to come by, your company has surpassed my expectations. I am getting married in the next 8 months and not only will I be using your company for my wedding and bachelorette party, but I am going to be passing the word to a number of girls I know are getting married in the near future. This is a text from Jessica B in Northville. We have used several limousine companies in the Detroit area. We were so satisfied with this company!! We will ONLY use Rochester Limousine for our up-coming occasions. Who ever reads this, look at the fleet. We have the black big Town Car and the picture does NO justice. This car was like brand new. Everything worked. (unlike the other companies) Really I mean nothing was broken nor were there any excuses from our driver. Try them out.

January 8, 2009 Ronnie, I have never taken the time out to write a letter of appreciation before but looking through the pictures of all of the great times we have had using your service I just had to. The first question all of our friends ask when we all get together is, “Is it a rock star bus night?” Your drivers are always fun and accommodating and most importantly, on time!

We always have the most fun in your vehicles whether we are headed to concert, pub crawl, etc. We always think about how much more fun it is to have everyone in one vehicle, no one has to drive, and when everyone chips in a few bucks, it sure beats a DUI. I have been using Elegant Transportation for my airport travel and Rochester Limo for my entertaining. I have used Ronnie's companies since 2002. There is NO better service around.

I rented a limo from a company near the airport. On New Years Eve, the companies bus broke down 1/2 hour before our pick-up time. We jumped on the internet and found Rochester Limousine in Shelby MI. The owner was at the office with one bus left. He started the event himself. Walt, his chauffeur met us one hour later in Detroit. Thanks for the hustle. The bus was not what we expected. It was crazy. This was a true PARTY MOBILE! The sound system was nutty loud. We will be renting a party bus for my birthday.
